I guess you switched keys compared to the last release?

Ideally, that key would be available somewhere "official" as export or
keyring, say the official website. If it's not we (Fedora maintainers)
download from open key servers. In that case, a switch somewhat limits
the value of a signature, of course, unless I confirm it's intended.
(I'm sure it is, but being formal by training ...)

In this particular case, I don't find it on keyservers, but that may
be due to the overall pretty sad state of affairs in the land of pgp.
