Thanks — for example threads() and count_threads() isn't documented, but does 
show up when I run pydoc locally.

There's also a reference to begin_atomic() in the online documentation, which 
exists in the old API but is not a public method in the new API. But that's also 
in master. I'll see if I can find some time to fix this.
