* Squashed v1's footer commits (old 2/5, 3/5, and 6/5, now 3/6) [4].
* Squashed v1's description commits (old 4/5 and 5/5, now 2/6) [4].
* Added commits 4/6, 5/6, and 6/6 to optionally load templates from
  the config file.
