Hello notmuch developers,

I just got the following assertion message when running `notmuch new`
from within Emacs:

Assertion failed: (notmuch->last_doc_id >= notmuch->xapian_db->get_lastdocid ()), function _notmuch_database_generate_doc_id, file lib/database.cc, line 1415.

`noumuch --version` reports "0.32".

I then opened a shell, and did a `notmuch new --no-hooks`, followed by a
`notmuch compact`, which both went without errors. Then re-ran polling
from within Emacs, no errors.

So it seems I can't reproduce the assertion failure.
