Since doing the Fcc with notmuch insert could be slow (if the indexing takes some time) add a message saying we are doing it. --- Jani pointed out on irc that if there is a delay in sending a message it is unclear if it is a slow mail server or notmuch insert being slow when called for the fcc header. (Note we don't say "done" when we are done as most message-mode code doesn't and the final "send done" should be the next message.)
